On 11/6/08 the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the Heber Springs Police Department arrested 28-year-old Adam Kyinston of Lamar, Arkansas. Kyinston drove to Heber Springs to meet what he believed to be a 13-year-old female at a predetermined location for sexual contact. Kyinston was arrested without incident and was booked into the Cleburne County Detention Center on 1 count of Internet Stalking of a Child, A Class "B" Felony and bond was set at $15,000. After Kyinstons arrest and with the assistance of the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, a search warrant was executed at a residence in Lamar to seize computer evidence related to the case.
