Shelbie Still, a 19 year-old from Quitman, was arrested and booked into the Cleburne County Detention Center on November 25. Ms Still was charged with 4 counts of delivery of Bath Salts. Bond was set at 100,000.00. This arrest resulted from the continuing investigation of the use and distribution of the new designer drug known as bath salts by Cleburne County Narcotics Investigators and the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
